    Tomas’ Learning Journey That Inspires

Which 101 Blockchains Course(s)/Certification(s) did you complete?

What made you choose 101 Blockchains and how would you describe your learning experience?

I selected 101 Blockchains because of the nature of my work, which involved high risk and focused on strict regulations. I was looking for a platform that could empower me with enterprise-level blockchain knowledge. The training courses and certification programs of 101 Blockchains offered exactly the same, with insights on blockchain architecture, governance, and security and real-world use cases. I used the learning outcomes from their programs to implement blockchain concepts as an advisor and consultant for financial institutions and in cross-border projects.

Which skills did you gain from 101 Blockchains you think are the most valuable?

I was able to understand enterprise blockchain architecture, the relevant security models, and trust frameworks with the help of 101 Blockchains. The platform offered comprehensive lessons on differences between public and permissioned blockchains. I also learned how to identify the difference between hot and cold wallets, followed by best practices for smart contract design and choosing governance structures for blockchain systems.

The learning outcomes helped me with my work in Europe and the Middle East, where I took part in critical advisory roles and blockchain project assessment. I used my skills to contribute actively in analysis of blockchain design options, risk appetite and risk implications. I also evaluated operational controls and offered recommendations to stakeholders through senior management.

At 101 Blockchains, you don’t just earn certifications — you gain real-world skills that shape you into a confident blockchain professional.

What was the impact of this program on your professional career?

The program by 101 Blockchains helped me gain in-depth understanding of technical aspects of blockchain and its risks. I also learned about the business and regulatory implications of blockchain technology. The skills I learned from the program helped me guide clients as a consultant on how to choose blockchain architectures and how to design smart contracts. I could also consult clients to help them identify ideal custody and security models for their use cases. My knowledge has now made me a trusted advisor on translation of emerging technologies into business-centric solutions that are compliant and scalable.

What would you say to someone interested in blockchain careers?

You should trust in the potential of blockchain technology to transform digital infrastructures rather than follow it as a trend. You will find the most appealing career opportunities in blockchain in highly regulated industries, such as finance, payments, and cybersecurity. Enterprise systems that call for alignment between blockchain and security, compliance and governance offer the best opportunities for a career in blockchain. Learners should pay attention to blockchain architecture, its business value and implications for risk management.
